Most science is written in English, posing an obvious bias and disadvantage to scientists from non-English speaking countries. We are a not-for-profit organization aiming to support the inclusion of Latinas in science by providing free editing and scientific assessment services. In addition, publication fees in American dollars or euros, are extremely high and often unattainable by researchers in developing countries. Publication fees could be up to more than one year's salary of what a microbiologist, geneticist or assistance professor make in countries like Colombia. To foster equity and inclusivity in science, we are fundraising to cover the publication fees of Latin American female scientist.
