All of Perth was in the midst of a COVID lockdown when the Woorooloo Bushfires were really taking hold earlier this month. It was an exaggerated feeling of helplessness that these people just to the north east of Perth were losing everything and we were forcibly told to stay home and watch as it all unfolded. As a part time food business we're not going to change the world but we can hopefully get together with some good people, pool our efforts and raise some money for the cause. Here at Archie's Hot Chicken we've teamed up with Feral Brewing and Big Dons Smoked Meats for a day of Beers, BBQ and Fried Chicken. We will have a huge shindig with 100% of food and beer sales going to charity. This is a fund we setup to allow people to donate extra amounts via Archie's to show just how generous you all are. 100% of all donations go to the Lord Mayor's Distress Relief Fund - WA.
