Hi all, We have set up this fundraising page to raise money directly for Bangalow Koalas, who are planting trees in the much suffering area of northern NSW. We at www.amarooaus.com will doable every donation made to our fundraising page so together can make a real difference. (Every little helps $2, $5, $10) This area has suffered severely with bushfires, deforestation and urbanisation, up to 62% of the Koala population has been lost over the past 3 koala generations. This is staggering and truly heart breaking. To combat this Bangalow Koalas are aiming to plant 250,000 trees in the next 5 years. Once we hit $500 we will add the remaining $500 to double every amount donated and Bangalow Koalas will have enough money to plant 66 trees and maintain them for the next 5 years until they're mature enough to support the needs of wild Koalas.
