The McGowan govt is hellbent on building an Outer Harbour(One Belt One Road) that is not needed and which will compromise national security, causing irreparable damage to the fragile marine environment and enabling cheap foreign labor by way of a "Special Economic Zone" !
Federal funding is available to Build Roe 8 which would instantly create many jobs.
