Lifting for Trent in support of LIVIN.

Sadly, suicide rates are on the rise due to the unprecedented circumstances we've all found ourselves in this year.

After the recent shock-loss of our dear friend, partner, devoted father and well known local power lifter Trent Dance, a community of health and fitness enthusiasts are banding together to raise funds and awareness in a fight agains this heart breaking affliction.

Healthy You HQ and World Gym Ipswich in support of LIVIN are raising funds for this incredibly worthy cause and we need YOUR help!

We are rallying the community to raise funds and join us for the culminating event at World Gym Ipswich where we will band together to collectively lift the value of the sum of the funds that are raised, in kilograms. If you donate $1000, we'll lift 1000kg using Trent's favourite power lifting discipline, the deadlift.

This event is sure to attract a lot of media attention so we're offering any major sponsors of $1000 or more the right to join us on the day and we will certainly be letting the community know about their generosity toward the cause.
