On Friday 6th November I will be endeavouring to shave all my hair to a #1 blade to raise funds for Friends with Dignity if I can reach a donation tally of $2,000. For all donors, a zoom link will be sent to watch the shave, and the highest SE Qld donor can have the privilege off shaving my hair! I ask for any support that you feel you can afford to this worthy cause. The charity I have chosen is Friends with Dignity, back in 1990 my mum suffered domestic violence by the partner she was with, back then help was not as readily available. Luckily my mum had the courage to leave with a suitcase of her things and never look back. Friends with Dignity is a not for profit organisation committed to assisting men, women and children who have escaped domestic violence, by providing assistance to help survivors rebuild their lives with hope, purpose and dignity. All donations over $2 are tax deductible.
