Loose weight to save my life and live a better one

I’m a 51 year old man I have 3 children and 3 grandchildren and 2 step grandchildren I’m trying to live a better life I have many medical problems but they are compounded by the weight I’ve put on over the last couple of years and now with this COVID problem it has been made exponentially worse.
I’m now sitting at just over 211 kg and finding it hard to walk sit lie down just about everything I’m only on disability pension so money is extremely tight as you can imagine that’s why I am going to try this I need to start a regimented program that I know works for me. But the cost is approximately $330 a month Australian this is above my ability so I’m seeking help from anyone who can help me. The reason I’m asking is I’ve already had a heart attackI also have Lymphedema and bowel problems (bleeding) so at 51 I have a lot more life to live I’m studying Auslan so that I can help others I need to be around for a long time and this would be the best start that I can get it.
The product I’ll be using is called Herbal Life I have used this before and I lost well over 20 kg in a very short amount of time The length of time that I’ll be using it this time will be two years.
