In late October 2019 our second baby, a little boy we called Ned, was stillborn at full term. To mark Ned’s one year anniversary, and what should have been his first birthday, we wanted to gather our family and friends together for a bike ride. Unfortunately COVID-19 has meant large gatherings are not possible in Melbourne, so our original plans have been put on hold this year.
However, we will still be doing our weekly ride and we’d love it if you could join us in spirit. We are hoping that, wherever you are, on Sunday 25 October 2020 you might go for a little bike ride (or walk, or run!) in honour of our baby Ned.
My Cause Gift Fund for Heartfelt Giving the Gift of Photographic Memories and Stillbirth Foundation Australia
Funds donated to the My Cause Gift Fund will be split 50/50 between Heartfelt Giving the Gift of Photographic Memories and Stillbirth Foundation Australia. The Trustees will always disburse funds to the nominated cause, however in the case that is not possible, the funds will be disbursed to a DGR charity at the trustees discretion.
