Ragnar's Birthday Fundraiser with Family Yoga Session

Hello everyone,

It is that time of the year again. Ragnar’s birthday month. We are doing his birthday fundraiser like previous years although a bit differently (because there won’t be any birthday party).
Since we are all locked up under the same roof coupled with homeschooling. Kids getting on parents’ nerves, parents getting on kid’s nerves. We feel like families really need to get connected and have some fun together. Therefore, we decided to hold a virtual family yoga session!

This will be a pay as you like session with all proceeds going to Ragnar’s school’s playground project.

About the family yoga class: -
1) Date: Sunday, 20/09/2020.
2) Time: 4.30 pm – 5.30 pm.
3) No previous experience required.
4) Suitable for children from 6-10 years old with parents or two siblings within the age bracket (with parents supervision) as partner.
5) Comfortable clothes and soft surfaces.
6) Open mind and readiness to smile and have some fun.

We will have approximately a 45 minutes of family yoga session, ending with a big birthday song sing along.

Both me (Ragnar’s mum) and Ragnar will be teaching the class together. I am a certified 350 hours yoga instructor, KFly Fly Yoga Certified Instructor, Rainbow Yoga Family and Kids Yoga Certified Instructor and the founder of Yoga Konnect (Workplace Yoga and Wellness).
