Saying fit is my jam and this year I’m teaming up with my crew from Orange Theory Fitness to show that I’ve got what it takes complete a dry triathlon. I’ll be raising funds to support OzHelp’s Suicide Prevention and Mental Health education programs, and I’ll be showing Australia that action can make a difference.
Event: Saturday 26 September at 7am Location: Orange Theory Fitness Tuggeranong Challenge: 2km row, 300 floor exercises and a 5km run. Taking care of your own health and fitness is just one of the many ways to get your head and your body in check, and in my role with OzHelp I’ve seen how powerful fitness can be to overall wellbeing.
