Archer's Battle

On 30 July 2020, 4 month old Archer was diagnosed with a highly aggressive and rare form of Cancer (Undifferentiated Sarcoma). He had major surgery to remove a large malignant tumour from his lower abdomen which was blocking his organs from working and has to undergo extensive chemotherapy, radiation and further surgeries. Due to the aggressive nature of the cancer Archer will need to undergo treatment for the next five years (at the least). Archer has taken the treatment like a champion and is still his happy and smiley self.

This has been an incredibly difficult and stressful time for new parents Scott and Kait. Kait has had to give up work and Scott has to take an extended amount of leave in order to attend medical appointments and treatment. This drop of income has been especially hard on Scott and Kait as their mortgage and bills continue to come in.
