Studio to help talented starving artists

Hi, I'm Alex Grim, I have been a multitalented artist all my life, drawing, sculpting, molding, writing, guitar, filmmaking, vfx, etc. I didn't include my best drawings in that campaign pic on this page because they aren't family friendly, but drawing was my 1st talent, starting at 5. At 47 none of my talents are really new, in fact it is more of a game of keeping the rust off them as I chase down money to make things happen.

No matter how talented I am I have never been able to make much money, which is sad because there is so much I could do with the proper funding. I've done tons of things, working jobs, selling art, youtube, etc, etc, I even went to Hollywood in 2015 writing Alien vs Predator 3 starring Chuck Norris, Sly, Rock, Jet Li, Dolph Lundgren, Wesley Snipes, Sofia Vergara and Morgan Freeman, I finished it in 2017 but Disney/FOX won't let me copyright it. I knocked on all the doors and made all the calls, I met popular people on Youtube and in Hollywood, they are all absolutely useless. I know the problem is connections not talent, clubs control access in every arena. Tons of talented people are being rejected, give me the tools to change that.

A request like this 20 years ago would be quite a tall order, $150,000 probably, but cameras and other equipment have gotten better and cheaper and I can make a small studio for $20,000 these days.

I already have the name of the studios reserved in Nevada where business regulations make starting a business easier than in California, it is Totally Cool Studios. I have TotallyCoolStudios.com registered. @CoolStudios on Twitter, you'll notice the join date in 2013, I've had this idea to help talented people in need for many years. I didn't think it would come to crowdfunding though, I thought I was going to fund it myself off the profits from some successful project.

A small office will be in Las Vegas and a small office will then appear in Los Angeles. At 1st most operations will be between Vegas and LA. I am hoping to eventually open up offices internationally though.

I'm open to all sorts of ideas, film, tv, games, music, inventions. All pitches are recorded on camera and a copy is given to the pitch maker and a copy is kept at the studio, this is for legal reasons. This allows me to hear people pitch their ideas, if you call most other studios they will say "We don't accept unsolicited material" and get rid of you. This is the key obstacle this studio will overcome. All pay is an equal split of the sale of the work, we only give you a shot, a place that is equipped to help, this isn't some multi-billion dollar megacorp. I can run things cheap because I don't use union rules, we are separate from the established industry, this is something totally different that doesn't exist, but needs to. It's all up to you. Thanks
