As you all know, at Second Chance we love ALL of our rescue fur babies very much, so we would never leave them bored and alone in cages over the holidays. Most of our adorable four-legged children spend Christmas with foster families who look after them as if they were their own, and those few that stay in our shelter are spoilt rotten by our shelter volunteers every single day, even on Christmas Day!

 

We make sure our beloved babies have all the food and medical attention they need during their foster stays, before they find their fur-ever home, but these holidays, we need your help to make Christmas special for all of our special darlings.

From myself and new fur family member Abbie (previously Trixie 2yo - id:9192) addopted on 7/12/19, thank you to all involved at SCAR for what you do and helping find forever homes. It was such a great experience adopting Abbie, the team on the day were so helpful and patient allowing me to play with Abbie to make sure we were a good fit. She has fitted in nicely and we are working out our routines. :-)
