Support the fight | EHE Rare Cancer Foundation

Last year, I held a Clothes Swap fundraiser to raise funds for the EHE Rare Cancer Foundation and this year I have decided to do the same. EHE is short for (Epithelioid Hemangioendothelioma) and is a very rare Vascular Sarcoma.

I am hosting a Clothes Swap “Soiree” fundraiser on Saturday 31st August 2019 hosted at HU. Hairdressers Unite in Holloways Beach, Cairns. My goal is to match (or even out-do) my efforts from last year and raise over $1,000 through this event to support research for the EHE Rare Cancer Foundation Australia.

This foundation is very close to my heart, as a family member was diagnosed in recent years and this is my way of contributing and supporting her journey. Ultimately, my efforts are linked in with the research and possibility of a long-term option or cure in this space, as currently we still understand the type of cancer to be quite rare, unpredictable and incurable.
