Now, it’s a time of commitment.
A time for gentlemen to let their facial follicles flourish. Growing a #BeardWithPurpose and use it as a life-saving conversation starter. A ruggedly handsome (in your face) reminder for friends and family to get a skin check with a GP or dermatologist. All while raising funds towards targeted community screening programs. Taking vital services to where they’re needed most.
The reality is, two out of three Aussies are likely to get some form of skin cancer before they’re 70. Crazy right?! The most dangerous form of this is melanoma – and it’s one of our biggest killers, claiming one person every five hours. Which is 12 X the global norm, a figure we’re determined to change.
