About

The recidivism in Drug Rehabilitation centre, Mental Health Sectioning, Dementia, PTSD, and Employment for people from challenging backgrounds continues.

The UK has demonstrated that peer support work breaks these cycles and reduces admissions to hospitals, rehabilitation and more.

We work on the frontline with so many vulnerable people who don't have options when their mental health benefits run out. People with a mental illness and addiction have continued research indicating their socioeconomic challenges after diagnosis is staggering.

We are raising funds to get peer support workers employment and appropriate support so they can work when they are mentally healthy. They need choice in their work and the on-demand model allows for them to work when they can.

We are raising money to support hourly services to help veterans, police, firies, and more get local self management support that won't break their budget.

The office of mental health work plan 2019 indicates a HUGE need to build the peer support workforce and you can help now
