Thankyou for making a donation in honour of my BarMitzveh. I have chosen these three groups. Jewish Care is an organisation that runs many old-age homes; community houses; supports people with disabilities; helps people in financial difficulties and other people with problems. They are the largest Jewish welfare organisation in Victoria. J. Waks Cultural Centre runs SKIF, which is the youth group I go to. Along with being fun they teach us lots about world issues; run camps and rallies. They teach us about Judaism and about chavershaft, yidishkait and doikait - which mean friendship and being good to others; Jewish identity and strengthening Jewish communities wherever they live. Australian Youth Climate Coalition is important because our generation which will be most impacted by climate change and so we have to do something about it. The AYCC is run by our generation and for our generation to solve climate change which is a big problem. I am grateful for your support of these causes which I find very meaningful.
