Sweat It

According to national data 1 in 3 women in Australia experience domestic violence, and one woman a week is murdered by her current or ex partner. I couldn’t believe the stats so I ran my own personal poll. It came back with over 50%!!! of voters are in, or have been in violent relationships.
This really opened my eyes to the severity of domestic violence in Australia.

Following my own personal incident in Thailand and speaking out I received an overwhelming amount of support. I would not have been able to recover the way I have without you all, for that I will forever be grateful.

It breaks to me know the majority women aren’t as fortunate as I was. So since gaining my voice I have felt the urge to help other women find theirs - to allow them heal from the trauma and move forward.

This campaign will raise funds for White Ribbon Australia - they provide support to women who have been or are currently in violent relationships. To kick start this I have made my own personal $200 donation. I have set a target on the fundraising page but let’s try surpass this! Even a $1 donation is okay it all adds up

The aim of the challenge is to make positive changes in your life, mentally and physically.
Each week I will be uploading a new workout plan and supporters can make donations towards this campaign which will go directly to White Ribbon - Australia’s biggest campaign to prevent men’s violence against women.

I encourage all of you to take part and there are a few ways to do so. You can take part in the workout challenge, make a direct donation on the fundraising page (link in bio), or simply re-post to spread the word. It all counts!
