Rae Woods passed away on Wednesday 16 January 2019 her request for no flowers, prompted her family to give family and friends another option to acknowledge their connection to Rae by raising funds for Kidney Health Australian. Rae, a kidney transplant recipient was forever grateful for the gift of life that was afforded her in 2013.
