Friends with Dignity have secured a WAREHOUSE and our very own FWD HEADQUARTERS but we need some help with setting up our new distribution centre and office space.

The Warehouse will be used as a distribution hub for our operations, allowing us to store larger items of furniture and co-ordinator stock to support our Sanctuary program. 

Previously, we have been unable to accept numerous donations of high quality pre-loved items as we have had no-where to store them, however this has now changed and we are very excited! 

The Warehouse also has a number of offices and a Boardroom, so we finally have somewhere to permanently call home and enable our Volunteer Teams to get together on a more regular basis and we can host meetings.

We have already managed to secure the majority of office furniture required to set up our offices and meeting rooms, however we need some financial help to pull everything together. 

With your help, we can cover the following costs:

- assist with transport costs of office furniture from Sydney (thanks to our friends at Westpac Head Office who are refurbishing their offices)

- Utilities connection ie electricity, communications and internet

- Insurance costs

- purchasing shelving, racking units and large storage tubs to ensure we are organised and all our smaller donations are stored appropriately

- data projector and screen for community meetings and Volunteer training and events

- warehouse and inventory management electronic computer system so we can record all of our donations coming in, and going out to our Sanctuaries and the community organisations we assist.  This is best practice and will ensure our Warehouse operations run seamlessly and are managed efficiently
