On Friday December 7th at 6:00pm, myself, along with a number of my amazing friends, clients and people from the public (hopefully YOU) will be pushing a weighted sled up and back over a 30m distance for 24 hours straight - finishing at 6:00pm on Saturday December 8th. The aim of this event is to raise awareness and money for Mental Health, with all proceeds going directly to the BeyondBlue organisation. This is the second year of running the event and last year we reached our goal of $10,000. This year we hope to reach our goal of $15,000!
