As most of you already know Angie is 25 weeks pregnant and has been admitted to hospital for the past few weeks due to having many seizures. She was in the Mater Brisbane, released under care to the GC but has now been in intensive care at the GC Hospital since Sunday, she was put into a induced coma after having a seizure at home followed by 11 more in the emergency department. They put her in an induced coma that they brought her out of that Tuesday afternoon so she is now breathing on her own again, she has had a more seizures and contractions since being woke up she is up to about 24 so far so she was sedated, Harry is doing fine according to the midwife so the plan is to manage her pain, stop the seizures and monitor Harry. They have now moved her to the neurology ward and she is still in a lot of pain and it hurts for her to speak due to having the tubes down her throat while she was in a coma. Today's results being that she has multiple blood clots and maybe a broken arm from her fall last week. I have started this campaign because during these past few weeks Nathan has been by Angie's side as much as he can as well as juggling the care of the other 4 children with the help of amazing friends and family. Therefore they have not received any income and the doctors are now saying that she will have to stay at the GC until Harry is born and this will put more financial burden on them.
