Support Raji build school for kids in Cambodia

I am going on a trip to build a school in Cambodia with Building Brighter Futures. Building Brighter Futures is a great organisation, committed to providing access to education to children in vulnerable communities.

The specific work we'll be doing is working on putting the roof on the schoolhouse, some bricklaying, and - this is the part I'll likely be the best at - on the final day we'll be cooking for the students themselves!

You might be wondering why I've chosen this type of volunteering trip, and why specifically BBF? Well, these are the main reasons:
1) they don't offer bandaid solutions - they aim to provide skills and knowledge that can help to break the poverty cycle
2) they work to rekindle a sense of hope, self-belief and personal value in the people they engage with to build stronger communities
3) they are transparent with your donations: all support goes directly to the communities they are helping!

I'm so excited to be able to play my part in creating a long-term solution and to be able to finish the work that was begun by my colleagues on this project already!
