PEDAL IT FORWARD is a fundraising event that will start July 4 involving cycling 1200km through Tanzania & hiking up Mt Kilimanjaro in 21 days. This is to raise money for WATER FOR AFRICA to build wells in Tanzania where water is scarce, unsafe to drink and drought is aplenty. There will be 5 people heading to Tanzania to complete this adventure - (Riders) Caleb, Luke Jordan, Joel (cameraman) Michael.
One Well costs $5000 to build. If we reach our goal that will mean 15 wells can be built which will impact over 300000 people throughout Tanzania.
We are registered non-profit Christian organisation bringing relief to remote communities in Africa who suffer from a lack of access to safe clean drinking water. Our projects are maintained by our in country team ensuring sustainability and long life span.
