HELP FOR ARTIE AND JENJEN

If you've been around the festival scene in Australia for a few years, you likely know a wonderful couple called Artie and Jenjen. They're some of the best people around. Artie is always willing to help out (he once worked on my old van for hours at the end of a festival, trying to get it started) and Jenjen is always welcoming and nurturing, ready with a cup of tea and hugs.

However, the last 15 months have been hard on them. Jenjen's Dad has Parkinson's and has been slowly deteriorating, and his daughter has been doing everything she can for him. His mind and body are failing, slowly but surely.

Jenjen has been living down the South Coast of NSW since Nov 2016, away from her home and her Artie, to care for her Dad. She makes him beautiful, healthy, vegan food to keep his strength up and looks after his house. Every so often, Artie is able to come down there and visit, but they miss each other terribly.

Recently, there's some things that need fixing. The hot water system at the house is broken, so Jenjen has no hot water, and the washing machine is on it's way out, so she has to wash most things by hand. She cannot afford to have them fixed, and soon she will start to have trouble affording her Dad's nursing home. Not to mention how much it costs for Artie to come visit and rejuvenate them both to cope with the situation.

I want to help them. They're such wonderful, caring people, and have enough to deal with without money being this much of a concern. Please help me and give what you can, and please share. Thank you so much <3
