My friend Ayman has been through the wars from the time he was born and now he faces the fight of his life. As a person living with NF, a disease which sprouts tumours all over the body, Ayman is a humble guy who takes each surgery with a big smile on his face. Until yesterday. During a procedure to remove a tumour from his stomach, the found the cancer at spread to his liver. The only time I had ever seen a smile leave his face. The news is devastating to say the least, but today, his smile is back and he's ready to tackle the next steps head on. This fundraising campaign is to raise funds for Ayman as he faces further surgery, chemotherapy and rehab.
