Help Juli recover from a car accident

My best friend Julita is a passionate traveller, adventure seeker and blogger. She always volunteer or work while she's traveling. Few weeks ago she was proposed to work as a glacier guide in Iceland.
On 6th of January she flew to Iceland for a training. After finishing it, unluckily she had a car accident. Three people, including Julita, were in the car which fell out of the way and rolled over three times. All of them were wearing seat belts. Two boys finished not injured, unfortunately for Julita, she hit her head quite a lot, which caused several injuries.
She was translated to the hospital in Reykjavik, where she was diagnosed bruises, cut on forehead where she got 7 stitches, and cervical spinal cord injury (C7 cervical nerve injury).

Cervical spine injuries often involve permanent complete or partial loss of sensory function, and many associated complications.
Juli has mostly strong nerve pressure in both arms while moving them. Tingling and often numbness in both arms, hands and fingers, as well pain in between the shoulder blades.
This injury luckily caused only partial loss of sensory which can be recovered after time.

As for the moment she only lost her job, not knowing when she'll be able to go back to work. Luckily they survived, and my friend has a chance to recover.

She needs to go back home soon, where she could get home assistance during her recovery time.
Recovery will focus on stabilization of the injured area of the spinal cord. Need some help to decrease pain.
Rehabilitation will focus on learning to use the portions of the body to regain varying levels of movement etc
