I’m Jo Siejka and I’ve put my hand up as the Labor candidate for Pembroke to join Rebecca White’s Labor team and help put people first. Through my work I’ve seen first-hand the issues Tasmanians face every day, including being unable to access adequate health care, being unable to access public housing and too many younger Tasmanians not accessing opportunities to gain essential skills, training and experience to help them find work. I’m passionate about my community, I’m passionate about Tasmania and I want the people of Pembroke to be heard. That’s why I will be out in the community listening to as many residents as possible during this campaign and beyond because I am proud of this area and I want the voters of Pembroke to have the best representation possible.
