In late 2016 our outdoor broadcast and recording equipment was damaged by flood water. Due to insurance technicalities (flood vs storm water), we are unable to replace microphones, cables, speakers and computers. The night of the flood, our gear was set up at the local Scout Hall in preparation for a fundraising event. The unforseen flood water rose in the early morning, after constant rainfall overnight. The nearby river overflowed, filling the Scout Hall with water and taking with it, all our gear. Funds raised will assist with purchasing equipment to replace what was lost during the flood.
