A 16-year old bright young kid was attacked last night en route with his friends for a late dinner. The small group of friends were victims of a callous attack when allegedly armed men almost twice their size and age in appearance attacked them with a gun and knife. After the horrific and unprovoked attack on my 16-year-old friend, (whose name we wish not to disclose for safety reasons) an innocent teenager who is now in hospital awaiting surgery - we have set up this mycause fundraiser to support him during the long and stressful recovery process. Sadly, he lost his mother less than 2 years ago and was preparing for year 12 VCE. This young man was athletic and top of his class. He's been through one of the most frightening experiences of his life. Lets come together to make his recovery less stressful.
