Hi Everyone! I have a daughter who is 8 years old. She has complex needs that required the presence of a service dog. We have obtained a Labrador who is ready to be trained up to become her service dog. These dogs are trained to perform specific tasks to help their human companions to navigate the world. It has been recommended by her pediatrician that she has the use of a service dog to assist her with her emotional regulation and emotional understanding. It has already been noticed that she becomes relaxed and functions better when she is around animals. However she needs a suitable trained dog to be able to use her in certain community situations.
