Two days before Christmas, Scotty Cameron died in tragic and sudden circumstances. Bobbie Cameron lost the love of her life. Their daughter, Charlie - only three and a half months old - lost her father. Scotty and Bobbie were one of the cutest couples you ever did see. Aside from their big bright smiles and bundles of positive energy, they were a couple renowned for kindness and love to everyone around them. And they saved their deepest love for each other. Bobbie and Scotty married in March 2015, and it was the happiest day of their lives, surpassed only by the birth of their daughter, Charlie, in September this year. Bobbie and Scotty also built a beautiful home together in Gisborne, a community close to family which was the perfect place to raise their kids. They designed every detail and patiently watched it be built. It was their family home, to fill with their babies, friends and family. Bobbie works as a leading teacher at a primary school. After having Charlie, she took maternity leave and is still on maternity leave now. On top of the emotional devastation of losing a husband and father, Bobbie and Charlie have lost the financial support that Scotty provided to pay the mortgage and enable Bobbie to stay at home. When you watch your friend's heart break into a million pieces, it is very hard to know what to do, what to say, how to help. There's so much we cannot do.
