Tyler is 6.5 years old. he was born with a neuronal migration disorder. This means he needs full-time care. He is also vision impaired, Epilepsy,Global delays Major feed,sleep and sensory issue, chronic lung disease, Cerebral palsy. Through all his challenges Tyler tries his hardest. He has learnt to pull himself to a stand on furniture and crawls and gets into lots of mischief. Tyler is the light of my life. He has the most amazing smile and is very motivated. He inspires me every day. Life is hard work with day to day therapy appointments and constant illnesses. We are so lucky to have wonderful people in our lives that help support us. Its not easy being a single mum with all his equipment and medical needs and the costs that go with it. We are constantly fundraising. I,m currently leasing a vehicle (which Doesn't fit his equipment and meet his needs) I,m trying to raise money to purchase a suitable vehicle that i can have adapted to meet my sons needs At present we are working on trying to raise money for a suitable vehicle to transport him in. Due to Tylers issues we have researched and found that a kia carnival through freedom motors who do a floor conversion is a great fit. Tyler struggles with noises so cant handle the noise of a hoist and due to being able to weight bare we can walk him in through the ramp to help further his mobility. It is also suitable to get his much needed equipment in it, his wheelchair, walker, powered chair etc as it doesn't fit in our leased vehicle at present.
