Ava Grace Johnson 1st Birthday Fundraiser for Heartfelt

Ava Grace Johnson was born into heaven on the 16th March 2015. She was tiny at 15.3 weeks gestation and she was 15.5cm long. She weighed 105grams. We were blessed to have a photographer from Heartelt come and take photographs of Ava and our family for us a few hours after her birth at the hospital she was delivered at. These photographs are some of our most precious possessions. The gift that Heartfelt gives families at such a heartbreaking time is so important and we are forever grateful to them. We want this organisation to be able to give more families the chance to create memories and that is why we are holding this fundraiser for Ava's 1st Birthday in memory of her.
