About

I'm back again! This time I'm not competing in the north face 100km race. Instead I am setting myself an even bigger goal ... I will be running from Burnie (Tas) to Hobart in just over 4 days for a total distance of 340km.
Yes I might be crazy but and its going to hurt but when I challenge myself to do something I know I'll do it!
As always I'll be raising funds and most importantly awareness for Speak Up Stay ChatTY!
Speak up stay chatTY! Was created in honour of 18 year old Ty who took his own life in 2013. Mitch Ty's brother who created this charity spreads his story far and wide in a bid to make people see the importance of speaking up if you have any issues going on I your life. Mental health affects all of us and there certainly isn't anything wrong with having issues! So please join me on my journey and to help break down the stigma of mental illness.
