Kieren's Fight

Sadly, on 17th July 2016, Kieren lost his brave battle with cancer and went to be with his big brother in Heaven :(

Kieren is a bright, intelligent and bubbly 7yr old boy who was recently diagnosed with Rhabdomyosarcoma, a rare and aggressive form of brain cancer. This was a devastating discovery for his family who have tragically already lost a beautiful child, Brendan, to a terminal illness at the age of 8.

Kieren has already had surgery and is now facing a long and difficult 12 month journey of chemotherapy and radiation therapy but is determined to fight this ugly disease! As the family lives over 200kms from treatment, they have no alternative but to leave their home, school and any remnants of normalcy to be by their son and brother’s side while he fights for his life.

Our goal is to raise enough funds to help Kieren’s parents support their other children and relocate to Sydney during his treatment. We are not asking for a lot. The smallest amount you are able to give to help ease this family’s financial burden at this difficult and heartbreaking time would be very much appreciated.
