Sophie is a beautiful 3year old girl fighting neuroblastoma a form of childhood cancer.
Sophie has now completed 6 rounds of chemo and is currently booked in for surgery on Friday the 24th October, surgeons are going to cut her 2/3 across her stomach and she will most likely lose her left kidney.
