Raising funds for: Jodie Grant
Some of you may know that our DC, Jodie Grant, is courageously battling cancer. Sadly, Jodie’s condition is deteriorating, and she is focused on creating meaningful memories with her family—her children, Jaz, Willow, and Hunter, and partner Scott. As a club, we want to come together to help make this possible. Thank you for your kindness, generosity, and compassion. Let’s come together as a community to support Jodie and her family, just as she has supported so many of us.

When times are a bit tougher , it’s easy to feel overwhelmed, but thanks to the incredible generosity of friends, fellow equestrians, clubs, and even complete strangers, I’ve been reminded of the kindness that still exists in this world. Your donations, whether big or small, have lifted my spirits and made such a huge difference in our life. To my friends, your unwavering support means more than words can express. To the fellow equestrians and clubs that stepped forward to help, I’m deeply grateful for your compassion. And to the strangers who donated without hesitation – your kindness has touched me in ways I cannot fully describe. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts for helping me during this difficult time. We will never forget your generosity and will carry it with us as I continue to move forward. We are hoping to enjoy some time away in April giving us a chance to make the most of everything without the concern of the multitude of Dr appointments I normally have. Jodie is truly overwhelmed by the outpouring of generosity from everyone who has contributed to this cause. She can hardly believe the kindness she’s received, and from the bottom of her heart, she says—THANK YOU! A very kind and generous member of the Pony Club community has offered accommodation in Townsville, giving Jodie and her children the opportunity for a much-needed family holiday. We hope that the funds raised will help with their travel costs and provide them with a little extra for their time away. We’re aiming to make this happen as soon as possible, while Jodie is still well enough and has her doctors' approval to travel. Please continue to share and spread the word—your support means the world to Jodie and her kids, and together, we can help make this dream a reality for them.
