Charlie and Lacey (pictured above) they are the reason I have started this fundraiser and the rescue. On Jan 1st 2021 I got a text to ask if I could foster some dogs, they weren't doing well in the pound they were frightened and needed some humans they could trust. I picked them up and took them home, 4 years later here we are starting a rescue to help more dogs. They came from a puppy farm with 3 other dogs, Charlie had a very saggy belly from all the pups she had carried and Lacey was a tiny dog with so much love to give. At first they didn't know what wet food was, toys or treats were also new to them. It was obvious they had been in cages as they stayed in one corner of the house for awhile. About a month after getting them I seen them playing on the floor and I realised that was the first time I had seen them play! It was heart breaking. At Wiener Crew Rescue, we dedicate our hearts and efforts to rescuing dogs in need, providing them with shelter, medical care, and the love they deserve. Too many dogs are abandoned, abused, or need to be rehomed—but with your support, we can change their stories. This fundraiser will help us cover critical costs like veterinary treatments, food, and supplies, as well as support efforts to find forever homes for these loyal companions.
