Mackie Cup 2024

In February 2021, we sadly lost one of our best mates, Andrew ‘Mackie’ Macpherson, who took his own life. Regretfully, too many young men are being lost to the world too soon, with suicide being the leading killer of men aged between 19-45.

Because of this, we really want to make a difference; on AFL grand final day (September 28th) we will be hosting the fourth instalment of the ‘Mackie Cup’ at Tom Perrott Reserve in Mosman Park, which promises to be even bigger and better than last year!

All profits from the event will again be donated to The Kai-Fella Foundation, helping to promote positive mental health and prevent youth suicide. For more information, please visit www.kaifella.com.au.

Please know that the best way you can support the Mackie Cup is by attending on the day. However, if you can't make it or would prefer to donate in advance, donations via this page will go directly to the cause. We are incredibly appreciative of all donations; no amount is too small.

Since its inception, The Mackie Cup has raised $119,251.97, enabling over 7080 young people to attend the Kai-Fella workshops.
