I’m walking 135 kms in September to support the amazing Zero2Hero. Zero2hero are dedicated to educating and engaging young Western Australians to become mental health leaders and ultimately prevent suicide. Since their inception in 2009, zero2hero have developed a range of critical programs that aim to educate and empower young people to positively manage their own mental health and wellbeing and to support others, equipping young leaders with the skills required to help prevent suicide in their community. Each year, these programs impact tens of thousands of young Western Australians. Over 75% of mental health issues occur before the age of 25, and suicide is the leading cause of death for Australians under the age of 44. Early intervention is key. I am proud to represent my employer, Altrad Services APAC who sponsor employees annually to complete the Cape2Cape trek. This year it's my turn! I would greatly appreciate your support!
