Hi folks! In the last week of September ya boy will be running the prestigious Berlin marathon with the #jgfestivalof50 crew! I’ve decided to raise some money and awareness for a cause close to my family’s heart. As some may know, my mother Natasha passed away unexpectedly a few years ago, with addiction being one of the key contributors to this. Throughout this process, it was apparent that hands on addiction treatment and family support is an area that requires greater focus and development, particularly within the Perth region. The charity I’ve chosen is Fresh Start, which is a Perth based charity that has a variety of services aimed at helping people and families out of the vicious cycle of addiction.
