Hi keeping mental stability is a charity only I am working on an have started so need all the help can get so we all no some one with, mental health issues and even if you think you don't you most likely do as more and more people have mental health issues then most people think so as I am not geting or got any help from any one at this point have done everything have by self and with no help so would like to make this charity something I can only dream of at this stage so need a lot of help small or big and need as many people talking bout us and spreading our name so we can grow and help as many people in every and any way we possibly can to help people keep mental stability and help in many ways as quick as can I can go on an on but please just ask if have any questions and spread our name an the word keeping mental stability face book an Twitter are main place go to follow or add us for now .
