When looking at how to tackle men's mental health and make an impact, we found these guys, these communities, giving each and every day, and often out of their own pocket. Offering and hosting free events and groups.
When you’re in the worst place of your life, breathing, friends and hugs are the things that will help you on your journey, people that will be there for you day in and day out.
We want to help these foundations grow all over Australia. We're going to start by trying to raise $15,000-20,000 from the ring (100% of profits will be donated) and by raising a ton of awareness. But we're also raising funds here so who knows how much of an impact we'll have.
