My name is Connor Sahely and this year I plan on attempting to reach 3139 chin-ups in one day, to honour and respect the Australian lives lost to suicide in 2020.
My purpose is to promote the idea of finding strength through struggle, to demonstrate a humans capabilities when we don't put limits on ourselves, and to bring awareness to the number of people suffering mental health battles in the hope that more people can support their friends.
From my own experience it can be very easy to get in a rut with life when you don't have a purpose, and during my own mental health battles I know how much I lacked drive or determination to overcome the insecurities that were holding me down.
I hope this can inspire you to overcome your battles, to chase your goals, and to not set limits on yourself! We are all so capable.
