About

My name is Kim and I am one of thousands of Westpac employees who had been forced to become vaccinated or lose their job. While many were forced to take the jab to keep their income, I am one of many who refused and have been dismissed.

The case has been taken on by Old Port Chambers Port Adelaide. We will have Nikolai Petrovsky as one of our expert witness, this will hopefully be a landmark case setting the stage for others to follow suit from the likes of Coles and Woolworths.

There is a group of over 25 of us from SA, NSW and QLD who are fighting to get compensation for the loss of our careers, livelihoods, and human rights.

The Australian Courts and the Fair Work Commission have so far deemed mandatory vaccination policies to be lawful and reasonable. However, they have yet to be significantly challenged on the scientific evidence.

The vaccination policy lacks any rationale. It allows people who have had two doses over 12 months ago to work, but those who have natural immunity have been dismissed! We can work from home, yet we were callously dismissed and forced into financial hardship without a second thought!

To bring the most reputable and qualified experts, including vaccinologists, immunologists, epidemiologists and cardiologists who can testify against the need to make vaccination mandatory, we will need a significant level of funding. While we are funding as much of the costs of these experts ourselves, it will go a long way to have the support of the many who have been faced with the same violation of their human rights, and all those who wish to fight for this cause.

If successful, it will set a precedent for others to use in the Fair Work Commission, and other courts, to keep their jobs or get compensation for being sacked unfairly.

We want to take this as far as we can to protect human rights and our civil liberties now and into the future, for ourselves and all future generations. We want to ensure that nobody ever goes through this again. Any contribution, no matter how small will make a huge difference and will be greatly appreciated by all who have suffered because of these inhumane policies.

Money raised will be used to pay legal fees and the costs of hiring expert scientists. Whilst I am the recipient of these funds, I do not retain any funds. Every donation minus the processing fee will be transferred to the Old Port Chambers trust account to cover the expenses of running the case. They are charging a minimal fee, with the predominant use of funds going towards scientific experts.

Without your donations it will significantly limit our ability to run our case at its highest. We only have one opportunity and want to take down employer vaccination policies once and for all, for all people around Australia, not just Westpac.

A win in our case is a win for all Australians and a first step in getting back our rights and freedoms. We must decide on how many experts we wish to bring to the Fair Work Commission in the coming weeks. The matter will be heard in approximately two months’ time, and we want to be as prepared as we can possibly be.

I had to leave because of their mandates, so sad that they used these mandates to "legally" reduce their number of employees. Really hope these funds help this cause.
