Ocean Crusaders is committed to cleaning waterways and right now the amount of debris in the Brisbane River is unbelievable. It is going to take months to clean it up. We need funding to get our boat out there. We'll be chasing government, but those wheels move slowly. We need help now so we can get out there now. We will be out on the river every day we can. Please give what you can for the sake of our waterways.
Australia's Waterway Cleaning Team Ocean Crusaders is a charity organisation that specialise in waterway cleaning on a large scale. The entire campaign is run with a passion for the ocean having seen the issue our wildlife is facing first hand.

We livaboard our sailboat on the brisbane river and made the last minute decision to leave the river on Friday night on the 25th. We are so fortunate. So many neighbours lost their homes or sustained damage. We have participated with ocean crusaders in clean ups in the past and SO APPRECIATE what you are doing now. Logistically we are not able to return to the river at the moment and are not able to lend a hand cleaning the river, but we will do our part where we are currently anchored. Thank you ?
