15 year old Matt Tremble has fought through and overcome many challenges throughout his young life such as undergoing 31 major surgeries to date, including being one of the youngest Australians to ever receive a kidney transplant at 17 months old. Matt is faced with yet another challenge after being diagnosed with non Hodgkins lymphatic cancer in mid July 2021. Despite the many hardships Matt has faced he remains consistently optimistic and is always friendly and smiling. The next few months will be a very challenging and unprecedented time for Matt and his family and any support would be greatly appreciated.
