We, Marnie Ogg (Syd - left) Jen Martin (Melb - right), are the 'Australasian Dark Sky Stars.' We are raising our heart rates, money and awareness about light pollution by running a half marathon together, well.... virtually. The 'Half' will take place 7am, 12 September, 2021. Excitingly we are being joined by friends, family and our youth Ambassadors to make the event truly memorable. To give this event a purpose, every one of the 21.1 kilometers will be dedicated to saving the night time environment - with every cent raised going to the not-for-profit organisation, the Australasian Dark Sky Alliance.
