The Perth Hills bushfires this February occurred while most of us were in lockdown. We sat at home watching the news and wondering what we could do to help. The only way I could think of was to do what we do around Perth every week: cook BBQ. So we're throwing a gigantic Aussie BBQ. Cooking well over 1000kg of Brisket, pork and ribs. Plus Nashville fried chicken. And washing it down with a few beers of course. And donating it to the Perth Lord Mayor Distress Relief Fund. Our goal is $50,000. Which we can only achieve via donations, and 600 people turning up on February 27th at the Feral Brewery in the Swan Valley to eat and drink.
